I am 5' and 155 lbs - bought XL to fit around my middle. Love the top, but it was too big for me in the shoulders and the keyhole drooped to show my bra. If I could get the shirt in a petite, I think it would work well for me. (P.S. - I'm petite in stature, but the rest of my body is "regular".
