I ordered this because it looked like a unique style for a sweatshirt and not something I could already find in my wardrobe. It runs true to size and has a boxy fit. The sleeves on me are on the long side and seem to drape more than I would like if I were going to wear this out of the house. The waffle part of this is pretty see through and feels cheaply made. I would need another layer, such as a tank top, underneath to feel comfortable wearing this is in public. I typically love the Cable Stitch line but this is an exception. I will likely just wear this at home and do not have high expectations for the waffle part to hold up to washing with other clothing items. It appears like it will snag and ravel quite easily when washed.This top is cute, and it is nice for lounging around the house. It is made of cheap materials, and it doesn't hold it's shape once washed. It is very delicate in the sense that it appears that it will tear easily. It is super comfortable to wear around the house, but it looks too relaxed to wear to the store. To me, it kind of reminds me of a pajama top. The price is way outrageous for this top. That is why I gave it 3 stars. I would have given it 4 had it been about half this price.I usually wear a small/medium, but I like my sweatshirts to be bigger, so I thought a large would be okay. This is probably more like an X-large - it's HUGE on me, probably because it's a "relaxed fit".The design is cute. You would think the stitching on the top would be scratchy, but it's not. I also agree with the other reviewer who said they don't think it's 100% cotton. The rest of the sweatshirt is a really thin fabric; far too thin to call itself a "sweatshirt".I machine washed and dried it. I was hoping it would shrink, but it did not.It's currently priced at $49.50, which is too much. I don't think it will last long.This is way overpriced for what it is. Although it's described as a sweatshirt, it's very lightweight, and there's not much to it.It seems cheaply made and something that will not hold up over time. Either my wearing it (the dogs will eventually snag their nails on it when we're playing) or going through the laundry will quickly destroy it. Also, it's not a flattering fit.I really like the detailing on this waffle stitch sweatshirt, which shows a little bit of the cute sporty bra straps underneath the waffle stitch texture on the top. It is comfortable and fits true to size, and I really love the styling and details on it.The one complaint is that when I first received it, I put it through the wash on delicate, and then put it through the dryer on delicate/low. It wrinkled like crazy, and the neck line actually kind of got warped, to where this looks a lot less high end than it did when it first arrived. There's just something a little rumpled about the neck area now that makes it much more suitable for around the house or super casual wear to the gym or the grocery store, rather than a more elevated look. I'm not sure if they use the wrong stitching, or if I somehow messed it up in the wash, but my other clothes don't have this issue, so I assume they used a weird thread or a weird technique to get the neckline done. Other than that, this is soft, comfortable, and cute.This top from Amazon was a good true to size fit and had a good comfortable feel. However, there was an immediate problem the first time that it was worn. The fabric snagged on something and was torn. The nature of the fabric seems to make it rip easily. Perhaps others will have better luck with it.This is a unique, fun sweatshirt. The fabric feels soft and luxurious. The waffle stitch sleeves and top are super cool, and have held up well through a few wearings, my general klutziness, and a trip through the wash in a garment bag. I love sweaters/sweatshirts that fit like this - as in, they are actually fitted! This was flattering on me, and I'm curvy with a large bust. The only thing that was a surprise, that shouldn't have been (more like a "duh" moment) was that my black bra straps were very obvious. I don't own a white bra so I had to wear a tank top underneath.This felt more like a long sleeve waffle tee than a sweatshirt, because it was lightweight and thin. The fabric felt comfortable on my sensitive skin, though the fit felt like a size larger than the one indicated. It felt loose and looked long on me. I did find the mix media design to be attractive. I just wish the fit was more form-fitting.
